Parking is free and available in front of Buffalo RiverWorks. Meet us inside the main entrance near the Labatt Blue grain silos to check in. You can pick out your bike 30 minutes before your session, and we recommend getting there early if you want to ride with your crew. All riders are responsible for reaching our $200 fundraising commitment to participate. Lockers are available inside RiverWorks to change and store personal belongings. Dry shoes must be worn on all stationary bikes.
You are riding outdoors on the ice in Buffalo. The weather is expected to be in the low 40s to upper 30s. Please dress appropriately.
Stay hydrated! Bring a water bottle with you and drink before you are thirsty.
Nourish your body well to tackle this ride. No time? No problem. Buffalo RiverWorks has water fountains as well as food and drinks for purchase.
