IceCycle is almost here! Here’s everything you need to know to get the most out of your experience.

Your IceCycle checklists

Make sure you have reached your fundraising minimum which clears you to participate in IceCycle! You must raise $200 to participate in one session and $400 to participate in 2 sessions.

Dress for the weather. Don’t forget this is an outdoor event on the ice. Consider also packing a change of clothes for after your ride.

Stay hydrated and nourished!

Once you arrive

After parking at Buffalo RiverWorks, you can enter the building through the main entrance.

Check-in is required! Come to the check-in table, sponsored by Lincoln Family of Businesses, to sign in for your session and pick up your rider bag, sponsored by Reimer, and your rewards.

Lumos is providing all riders with a towel. Survivors will receive a different color towel at check-in. All other riders will be handed a towel when they walk out onto the ice.

During your session

Arrive at your bike 10 minutes before your session begins. The first two rows of bikes may be reserved. All other bikes are first-come, first-served.

Fill out a tribute card for who you're riding for in the Experience Area, sponsored by Rich Products, and attach the card to your bike.

If you need help with your bike, find a volunteer with a blue hat.

There will be a basket next to your bike for your coat and shoes sponsored by GenMab.

Fitness Off the Ice

Experience more than just cycling at this year’s IceCycle through Fitness Off the Ice, sponsored by the New Era Cap Foundation. There are eleven classes in a variety of workout styles. Each class is $20, and the best part is you don’t have to be an IceCycle participant to join! That means your family, friends and entourage can get involved while they’re cheering you on at RiverWorks.

Experience Area

Check out the Experience Area, sponsored by Rich Products, at the back of the ice. Here you can write on our “Why I Ride” sign on the glass, take photos at the IceCycle letters and more. If you are celebrating a cancer milestone, you can also ring our Victory Bell!

Fire & Ice Lounge

Want to warm up after a cold workout on the ice? Relax and enjoy our beach-themed Fire & Ice lounge area, sponsored by Casella!
