There’s a lot that goes into Buffalo’s coolest fundraising event. If you are interested in helping off the bike, volunteering is the perfect way to make a difference!
From checking people in, to setting up the venue, to keeping riders hydrated and happy, our volunteers are absolutely crucial to IceCycle.
Event set up and load out.
Be a part of the action in this volunteer opportunity! This role involves unloading equipment including mats and bikes, setting up signage tables and preparing bags for riders. After the event, you will also help load bikes onto trucks.
Rider rewards & hospitality.
Use your hospitality skills to maintain the instructor lounge. In this role, you will also help participants claim rewards while using a tablet. This is an indoor opportunity.
Maintenance.
This is an outdoor opportunity where you will reset the bikes between sessions and help with cleaning efforts. You will also assist in getting the riders set up on their bikes!
